All sales are final, with exceptions. Because our products are digital, they cannot be returned. We only offer refunds under the following circumstance:
Digital Goods (eBooks)

No Refunds for Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital goods being instant downloads, we generally do not offer refunds for eBooks. We encourage our customers to review their selections carefully before making a purchase.

Exception for Duplicate Purchases: The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of duplicate purchases of the same digital item. If you accidentally purchase the same eBook more than once within a 24-hour period, we will issue a refund for the duplicate item(s). Please notify us within 7 days of your order to be eligible for this refund.

Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the digital products selected are compatible with their devices and meet their needs. We are not responsible for incompatibility issues or dissatisfaction with content.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund for a duplicate purchase, please contact us with your order details and proof of purchase. We aim to process refund requests within 7 business days.
